If you are not satisfied with a product purchased at FLEXR Sports you can return it in the store or ship it back to FLEXR Sports at your expense. All returns must be received by FLEXR Sports within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund (shipping cost is not included in the return). Ship return items to:

Missing Item or Wrong Product
If you believe you have the wrong item or if you are missing an item from your order please contact FLEXR Sports within 72 hours of receiving the order by calling 1.888.98 Smash (1.888.987.6274), or emailing email@example.com.
How long will a credit take?
Credits usually take 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Items that are on sale may not be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
For promotional offers, such as a free item give-away, all items must be returned. For example, if you received a bottle and a free hat, all items must be returmed together.
Water bottles may not be returned if they have been used or out of the original packaging. Botttle caps and liners may not be returned if they are out of there original packaging or show signs of having been used.
